Community Outreach Coordinator

Futures Unlocked is recruiting a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Rugby, covering North or South of Warwickshire/Coventry. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours worked per week and an annual salary of £32,000.
We require a highly motivated individual who can develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and local partners. They will design and deliver tailored programs and initiatives to meet the needs of diverse community groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with community members, stakeholders, and local partners.
- Designing and delivering programs and initiatives to meet community needs.
- Collaborating with other chaplains and organizations to share best practices and resources.
- Providing confidential counseling and support to individuals facing challenging circumstances.
