Activity Coordinator

Avery Healthcare is seeking an experienced Activity Coordinator to join our team. This rewarding role will involve planning and delivering a variety of activities to promote the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our residents.
">As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying the needs and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families. You will also plan and submit a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, as well as arrange activities, events, and outings that encourage staff, relatives, and visitors to participate.
Our ideal candidate must have previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing setting, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
