Care and Lifestyle Coordinator
">We are seeking a Care and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Avery Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our residents through a range of activities and events.
You will work closely with staff, relatives, and visitors to identify the needs and preferences of residents, and develop a monthly activity and wellbeing plan to support their individualised care plans.
As a Care and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will also be responsible for maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
Our ideal candidate must have previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing setting, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
The estimated salary for this role is £23,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
