As a Deployment Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our centralised roster function, ensuring the efficient utilisation of operational staff. This will involve:

  • Profile resource requirements and build rosters to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee the use of the Kronos system to maintain accurate records.
  • Implement and oversee the deployment of staff to planned training activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in promoting a positive Health & Safety culture.
  • Ensure the maintenance of security within the prison environment.
  • Search vehicles, occupants, visitors, and their property on access or egress.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an individual with experience of administration skills and an attention to detail. You will work collaboratively and openly, being a key member of our team. Ideally, you will have experience of working within a multifunctional and demanding environment and be a dynamic and engaging individual with a good sense of humour.
