Job Title: Spiritual Care Specialist

Futures Unlocked is seeking a skilled Spiritual Care Specialist to join our team in Rugby, covering North or South of Warwickshire/Coventry. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours worked per week and an annual salary of £32,000.

We are looking for an individual who can provide spiritual care and support to individuals in need. They will work closely with local communities, building relationships and delivering services that promote well-being and resilience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and local partners.
  • Designing and delivering tailored programs and initiatives to meet the needs of diverse community groups.
  • Collaborating with other chaplains and organizations to share best practices and resources.
  • Providing confidential counseling and support to individuals facing challenging circumstances.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the local community and its needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
