Domiciliary Care Branch Director

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our developing Domiciliary Care provider in Rugby.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, allocate resources, and monitor performance to deliver high-quality home-care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage the care branch operation
- Allocate resources to achieve business objectives
- Regularly review service quality and operational functions for business growth strategies
- Minimum 3 years' managerial experience in domiciliary care or supported living
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality care and a passion for excellence
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Prioritization and planning skills
- A clean driving license is essential
- Proven business acumen
This role offers a competitive salary package of £40,000 - £45,000, plus benefits and bonus scheme, and share options/salary range dependent on candidate experience.
