Adult Domiciliary Support Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and compassionate home care specialists to join our team in Rugby. As a home care specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and activities
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care-related setting
• A valid DBS check and registration with the relevant regulatory bodies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £11.44-£11.74 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including paid training and development opportunities, access to a pension scheme, and free uniform and equipment.
