Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living service in Rugby, North Warwickshire. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing direct day-to-day leadership to a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers, and Support Workers.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,104 per annum, which reflects the demands and responsibilities of this role. If you have previous experience managing a Supported Living service as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, we encourage you to apply. Your knowledge of supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs will be invaluable to our service users and team members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and coaching skills, enabling them to motivate and develop their team. You will promote our supported living service in line with Brook Street's vision, business aims, and objectives. A car driver with a current full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
