About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service-focused Control Centre Operator to join our Sheltered Housing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls connected to the Control Centre and take appropriate action to resolve them in line with policy and procedure.

- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a calm and confident manner.
- Clear and fluent English and excellent listening skills.
- Competent IT skills and experience of working with vulnerable adults or a call centre background would be advantageous.
