**Job Title:** Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for account management and pre-sales teams, you will manage customer demonstration requests and coordinate with engineers to ensure timely delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire calibration process, including monitoring due dates, generating quotations, and liaising with customers for scheduling and invoicing.

  • Customer Demonstration Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating customer demonstrations and ensuring that all tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standards.
  • Equipment Calibration: Oversee the entire calibration process, including monitoring due dates, generating quotations, and liaising with customers for scheduling and invoicing.
  • 1st Line Support: Take charge of the inbound ticket process, working closely with engineers to triage and resolve technical issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide support to other departments when required and cover other office functions during periods of absence.

Requirements: Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within a technical environment.
