We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) seeks a skilled Mortuary Support Specialist to join our team. This part-time role, requiring 18.5 hours per week, involves working Monday to Friday, between 10:30am and 2:30pm, supporting the Bereavement Services Team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Bereavement Services Team
  • Utilize computerized systems to maintain accurate records and relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
  • Prioritize tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring attention to detail

The annual salary for this position is approximately £25,183 - £27,269 (£12,592-£13,631 pro rata). Benefits include 35 days' annual leave (pro-rata), the Local Government Pension Scheme, and a structured induction program.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer use and management, and a customer-focused approach.
