Asset Care Specialist

The Asset Care Specialist - Maintenance Expert position at Britvic requires a highly skilled individual to lead our asset care team. As a key member of our international supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class engineering excellence in fault resolution and maintenance standards. Your primary goal will be to promote the delivery of site scorecard measures, driving continuous improvement in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Maintenance Planning: Allocate maintenance work to asset care engineers, ensuring adequate time is planned for asset care windows to allow for all engineering work to be completed.
- Talent Development: Train your team to the correct standard, creating development plans where needed to upskill and increase team capability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Carry out planned maintenance tasks as part of the CMMS (SAP PM), including shutdown work and modular maintenance tasks across site.
