Job Description

In the Asset Performance Lead position at Britvic, you will drive excellence in equipment maintenance and performance. Your primary goal will be to optimize production uptime, reduce costs, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Main responsibility will be the allocation of maintenance work to engineers, ensuring timely completion of tasks during asset care windows.
  • You will be required to attend regular prioritization meetings to discuss maintenance schedules and contribute to the planning of asset care windows.
  • It is essential that you demonstrate strong leadership skills, driving continuous improvement and best practice delivery across multiple disciplines.
  • Promoting a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication will be vital in this role.
Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification and preferably an HNC in a relevant Engineering discipline, or equivalent.
  • Multi-disciplinary experience, including mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, and software, gained through a time-served apprenticeship in a manufacturing engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental aspects and Food Safety regulations.
Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
