What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert knowledge in system requirements and acceptance activities, ensuring compliance with contractual and performance standards. You'll define and manage system requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation events throughout design, build, and commissioning. Additionally, you'll lead stakeholder needs analysis, ensuring high-quality system requirements align with their expectations.
Key Performance Indicators
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality system requirements, ensure compliance with contractual and performance standards, and drive collaboration among stakeholders. You'll be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Systems Engineering.
Requirements
To excel in this position, you'll require extensive knowledge and expertise in Systems Engineering, including requirements and acceptance processes and practices. A comprehensive understanding of the engineering lifecycle, strong technical understanding of how your work fits within the overall product, platform, or program, and familiarity with interconnected projects, products, programs, domains, disciplines, and functional teams within submarines or similar external organizations are essential.
