Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, including DLUHC data and Master Schedules, to support the team's decision-making process.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project managers and team members to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve building safety issues.
  • Prepare and draft written communication, including letters and reports, to ensure clear and concise information is provided to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Monitor and report on team members' hours worked and project progress using Replicon and other tools.
