Job Title: Group Production Administrator

Crest Nicholson plc is seeking an experienced Administrator / Document Controller to join our Special Projects team as a Group Production Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract Basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate DLUHC data and Master Schedules in Excel, ensuring strong attention to detail and ability to filter relevant information for team members.
  • Process Building Safety Inbox emails, providing excellent customer care and responding within 10 working days. Collaborate with project managers/project lead on queried buildings.
  • Compose clear and concise written communication, drafting simple letters in good English for subsequent checking by the team.
  • Represent the team in external meetings with Government, discussing data returns and presenting information.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members, ensuring persistence and effective communication to achieve tasks.
  • Make and receive calls from customers, management companies, and internal stakeholders, organizing meetings and coordinating tasks.
  • Coordinate COINS finance/invoicing, liaising with line managers and project managers/project lead on updating POs, cross-checking fee proposals, and sending emails for processing.
  • Provide administrative support, utilizing good time management and organization skills to help the team with setting meetings, liaising with external consultants, and filing important documents.
  • Monitor team members' hours recorded on projects in Replicon, downloading weekly reports.
  • Act as Special Projects' administrator for Policy Hub/Grapevine.
