Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Ensure outstanding customer service by managing the timely departure of Ambulance Care Assistants.
  • Compliance Oversight: Assist in conducting regular Health and Safety checks to maintain compliance.
  • Fleet Coordination: Work with the Fleet supervisor to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records for payroll and leave management.
  • KPI Support: Collaborate with the Contract Manager to meet performance indicators.
  • Team Management: Conduct reviews for Ambulance Care Assistants as per company policy.
  • Training Delivery: Provide training and assessments to ensure high-quality patient service.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience in management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Possession of a full valid UK driving license with minimal penalty points.
