Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Ensure outstanding customer service by managing the timely departure of Ambulance Care Assistants.
- Compliance Oversight: Assist in conducting regular Health and Safety checks to maintain compliance.
- Fleet Coordination: Work with the Fleet supervisor to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records for payroll and leave management.
- KPI Support: Collaborate with the Contract Manager to meet performance indicators.
- Team Management: Conduct reviews for Ambulance Care Assistants as per company policy.
- Training Delivery: Provide training and assessments to ensure high-quality patient service.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Possession of a full valid UK driving license with minimal penalty points.
