Our Store Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring a clean, well-stocked environment for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service.
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced retail environment, taking ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team to meet our high standards. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading by example and setting a high standard for customer service and store operations
- Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
- Identifying opportunities to improve service and implementing changes to drive business growth
- Maintaining a great understanding of how the store is performing and assisting managers in delivering actions to improve store operations
Our Store Operations Manager rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, so if the times you're available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we'd still love to hear from you.
