About the Role

Crest Nicholson PLC is seeking an experienced Administrator / Document Controller to join our Special Projects team as a Group Production Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract Basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate DLUHC data and Master Schedules in Excel, ensuring strong attention to detail and ability to filter relevant information for team members.
  • Process and respond to Building Safety Inbox emails, demonstrating good communication and customer care skills, with a focus on timely responses within 10 working days.
  • Prepare and draft written communication, including simple letters in good English, for subsequent checking by the team before issuance.
  • Represent the team in external meetings with Government, discussing data returns and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, ensuring persistence and follow-through on tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, making telephone calls to and receiving calls from customers, management companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage COINS finance and invoicing, liaising with line managers and project managers to update POs, cross-checking fee proposals, schedule 3s, and emails to ensure accurate information.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including setting and liaising with external consultants for meetings, maintaining good customer care and communication skills, and filing away important documents.
  • Monitor team members' recording hours on projects using Replicon and download reports weekly.
  • Act as Special Projects' administrator for Policy Hub/Grapevine.
