About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reward Professional to join our team as a Pension and Benefit Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global company, Brambles Group, and contribute to the development of our employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR professionals and our Global Benefits broker to support employee benefit programs.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of the Global Recognition project over the next 12 months.
  • Support the Global Benefits Director with project deliverables.
  • Oversee the Global Recognition project plan and engage with internal stakeholders and our preferred vendor.
  • Build relationships with regional and country-based HR professionals to understand local benefit requirements.
  • Maintain our vendor management contract tracking database.
  • Liaise with legal, compliance, and data privacy teams on local agreements as required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
