About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reward Professional to join our team as a Pension and Benefit Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to partner with our HR professionals and Global Benefits broker to support employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Benefits Director to deliver the Global Benefits Project.
  • Oversee the Global Recognition project plan, engaging with internal stakeholders and our preferred vendor.
  • Build relationships with regional and country-based HR professionals to understand local benefit requirements, in collaboration with our Global Benefits broker.
  • Maintain our vendor management contract tracking database, liaising with legal, compliance, and data privacy teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
