About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Services Operative to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of duties including multi-disciplined activities within the scope of your training and competence.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and checks, applying basic fixes to ensure facilities are fully functional.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and clients, ensuring all interactions are courteous and professional.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to resolve issues and complete tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a 4-on, 2-off rota.
  • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
