About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Services Operative to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and providing excellent customer service to our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the fabric of our buildings and grounds is maintained to a high standard.
  • Perform regular health and safety checks, fire alarm checks, and water hygiene checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to visitors on site and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our facilities and systems to ensure effective maintenance and repair.

Working Arrangements
