As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to the highest standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be working closely with our team to ensure that our customers have an unforgettable experience at our Tenpin Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain bowling equipment and lanes to a high standard, ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Participate in preventative maintenance of bowling equipment and lanes, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
  • Undertake general building maintenance as instructed by the site management team, ensuring that our centre is always clean and tidy.

Requirements
