About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Services Operative to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services, with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake routine maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the operations team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with buildings and equipment, and implement solutions to resolve these issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Strong background in building services, with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to apply these in a practical and effective way.
