The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services, with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake routine maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the operations team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with buildings and equipment, and implement solutions to resolve these issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong background in building services, with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to apply these in a practical and effective way.
