Job Summary

Cochlear is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our EMEA Distribution Centre team. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance, and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Order Processing
    • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders within agreed service levels.
    • Ensure all orders are packaged in an appropriate manner and meet quality and compliance standards.
    • Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure all stock is stored in a safe and secure manner, with particular attention to sensitive or hazardous materials.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure all orders are processed in accordance with company quality and compliance procedures.
    • Identify and report any quality or compliance issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Participate in health and safety initiatives and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.
