Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to retain and grow European Strategic Partnership accounts.
  • Create marketing content that articulates the business value proposition to customers, highlighting the benefits of partnering with CHEP.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support contract renewal and tender processes, including content creation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention, and develop strategies to address these opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing personnel.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing activities, including budget administration and supplier coordination.
  • Participate in European or Global retention or customer experience projects, as required.
  • Regularly report on progress against plan, providing clear metrics on marketing activities and their impact on customer retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in planning and executing B2B marketing solutions, strategies, and programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Customer focus and marketing content creation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or customer retention role.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
