Global Marketing Lead, Established Brands

Astellas Europe is seeking a talented Global Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the development of brand strategies and operational plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement omnichannel content strategies that align with brand positioning and customer engagement frameworks.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform global marketing strategies and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, communications, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, to ensure strategic alignment and optimize brand performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external experts and stakeholders to stay informed about market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Significant country marketing experience, including full accountability for a significant brand in a major affiliate.
  • Experience in regional or global marketing roles with demonstrated ability to align strategy and strategic implementation across a major geography.
  • Specialist brand experience with demonstrated ability to drive meaningful above-country omnichannel campaigns.
  • Experience in medical affairs and/or development.
  • Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent.
  • Higher degree in marketing or business.
