Lead Global Marketing, Strategic Brand Marketing Specialties

We work directly with patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals on the front line to ensure patient and clinical needs are guiding our development activities at every stage. Our global vision for Patient Centricity is to support the development of innovative health solutions through a deep understanding of the patient experience.

We work closely with regulatory authorities and payers to find new ways to ensure access to new therapies. Beyond medicines, we support our stakeholder communities to drive initiatives that improve awareness, education, access, and ultimately standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key brand expert, driving brand tactics implementation with affiliates, ensuring adherence to the operational brand plan and global brand strategy, maximizing market share and revenue growth across the region, and using the wide and full range of channels needed.
  • Manage the relationship with key regional experts to develop insights and services through effective engagement with key stakeholders in close collaboration with medical professionals.
  • Work closely with the Global Capability Area teams, and country brand managers to generate deep customer insights that are patient-focused and reflected in the developed brand plans.
  • Partner with the Omni-Channel Strategy team to build and deploy an effective digital engagement strategy for the brand that is fit for purpose across all affiliates.
Requirements
  • Strong sales and marketing experience in an affiliate.
  • Demonstrable examples of developing, coaching, and enabling high-performance teams and proactively promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per month in our UK office. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
