Job Description

Position Purpose:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer retention for the Brambles Europe Pallets business.
  • Create compelling marketing content that communicates the value proposition to retain and expand European Strategic Partnership accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate targeted marketing campaigns to support the EU Retention strategy, collaborating with agencies as needed.
  • Utilize Account Based Marketing principles for European Strategic Partnerships and provide executive content for C-suite interactions.
  • Assist in contract renewals, focusing on EKA, European Strategic Partnerships tender, and Top to Top engagements.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive referrals and renewals, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring brand compliance across all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop original content that highlights the EU business value proposition.
  • Manage budget, supplier coordination, and participate in global retention projects.
  • Report on progress and maintain accurate timelines for all activities.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement in content development.

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Focus on customer retention and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Education:

Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Level of Work Experience:

  • 5 years.
