Job Description

Position Purpose

  • To drive customer retention through targeted marketing activities that support the CHEP Europe Pallets business objectives.
  • To create marketing content that articulates the business value proposition to retain and grow with European Strategic Partnership accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing content to deliver measurable campaigns that drive customer retention and growth, working with agencies as needed.
  • Apply Account Based Marketing principles to European Strategic Partnerships and support executive content for C-suite customer meetings.
  • Support contract renewal, primarily for EKA, European Strategic Partnerships tender, and Top to Top, including content creation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing personnel to ensure consistent messaging and obtain customer feedback from customer service and customer insights teams to inform campaigns and strategy.
  • Serve as a brand champion, ensuring that marketing programs and activities are executed with brand compliance and coordination with global initiatives and programs.
  • Align with key internal stakeholders and commercial team members to leverage customer interactions for content idea sourcing and stay aware of industry-related topics and trends for developing original content.
  • Administer budget and supplier coordination, and participate in European or Global retention or customer experience projects from international teams within local countries as required.
  • Regularly report on progress against plan with clear metrics on all activities (digital and non-digital).
  • Maintain Monday.com workflow tool with accurate timelines, dependencies, descriptions, and execution channels.
  • Ensure all work is fully aligned with team and business mission and goals and be able to articulate this to the wider business.

Skills / Experience

  • Experience of planning and executing B2B marketing solutions, strategies, and programs.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
  • Customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Marketing content creation.
  • Supporting retention initiatives across Europe.
