Job Overview

Position Objective:

  • Formulate and execute marketing initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty for the Brambles Europe Pallets division.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials that effectively convey the value proposition to retain and grow European Strategic Partnership accounts.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Create targeted marketing initiatives to bolster the EU Retention strategy, working in collaboration with external agencies as necessary.
  • Apply Account Based Marketing strategies for European Strategic Partnerships and produce executive-level content for C-suite engagements.
  • Support contract renewals, concentrating on EKA, European Strategic Partnerships tenders, and high-level engagements.
  • Foster robust customer relationships to encourage referrals and renewals, ensuring synergy with sales and marketing teams.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to brand standards across all marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate original content that emphasizes the EU business value proposition.
  • Oversee budget management, supplier coordination, and engage in global retention initiatives.
  • Monitor progress and maintain precise timelines for all activities.
  • Promote operational efficiencies and ongoing enhancements in content creation.
Required Skills / Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing strategies and implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong focus on customer retention and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Work Experience Level:

  • Minimum of 5 years.
