About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco Addlestone Extra. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of customer service and store appearance.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals, identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
