About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Addlestone Extra. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
