About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco Addlestone. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Support colleagues with tasks and duties as required, demonstrating a flexible and team-oriented approach.
