Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store with a smile
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Take ownership of your work, making decisions that benefit our customers and the business
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, celebrating successes and learning from challenges
  • Be a brand ambassador, representing Tesco's values and standards at all times
