Customer Retention Marketing Specialist

CHEP, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to drive marketing initiatives that support the company's business objectives in Europe. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating targeted marketing content that articulates the value proposition of CHEP's European Strategic Partnership accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and support the EU Retention strategy.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create marketing content that resonates with European Strategic Partnerships and supports executive-level customer meetings.
  • Support contract renewal efforts, primarily for EKA, European Strategic Partnerships, and Top-to-Top initiatives, through content creation and coordination.
  • Establish connections with customers to foster referrals and renewals, while ensuring consistent messaging with sales and marketing teams.
  • Obtain customer feedback from customer service and customer insights teams to inform marketing campaigns and strategy.
  • Serve as a brand champion, ensuring marketing programs and activities align with global initiatives and programs.
  • Align with key internal stakeholders and commercial team members to leverage customer interactions for content idea sourcing and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Administer budget and supplier coordination, and participate in European or Global retention or customer experience projects as required.
  • Regularly report on progress against plan, providing clear metrics on all activities.
  • Maintain accurate timelines, dependencies, descriptions, and execution channels in the Monday.com workflow tool.
  • Ensure all work is aligned with team and business mission and goals, and be able to articulate this to the wider business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning and executing B2B marketing solutions, strategies, and programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and customer focus.
  • Marketing content creation and supporting retention initiatives across Europe.
