Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Document Controller to join our Special Projects team as a Group Production Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract Basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data, including DLUHC data and Master Schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to the Special Projects team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including invoicing and payments.
  • Maintain and update COINS, Replicon, and Grapevine systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
