About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Global Operations team at Ticketmaster UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and process optimization through the effective use of Salesforce technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs and validate requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Translate and communicate requirements and solutions to the business using story-based narratives and executive reporting presentations.
  • Identify and resolve problems that may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status.
  • Mentor less experienced Salesforce Business Analysts and develop reusable templates and maintain Business Systems Analyst methodology.
  • Participate in global Salesforce Steering Group meetings and ensure all technical documentation/records are kept up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with the global IT business applications teams and lead weekly BA review meetings.
  • Follow TM PMO Project Management methodologies and Agile for the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills working with complex systems, processes, and data issues.
  • Strong business acumen, innately resourceful, curious, and smart when solving problems.
  • Time/task management and organization skills to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills to interface effectively with enterprise business leaders.
