Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Overview:

FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Consultation: Provide functional consultation on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Business Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business requirements through workshops and user story development.
  • Fit-Gap Analysis: Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide work effort and duration estimation.
  • Salesforce Configuration: Configure Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Requirement and Design: Create requirement and functional design specifications, use cases, and assess the impacts of changes on functional design.
  • Functional Support: Provide functional support for Salesforce applications in-scope.
  • Training and Development: Assist customer teams in conducting 'Train the Trainer' sessions on in-scope Salesforce functionality for customer key users.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certifications: Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications are required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Experience Cloud, including Community Builder, Themes, Templates, Einstein ChatBot, Live Agent, and Lightning Design System.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce as a functional consultant on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Understanding of business requirements and experience handling requirement workshops.
  • Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide work effort and duration estimation.
  • Configure Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Create requirement and functional design specifications, use cases, and assess the impacts of changes on functional design.
  • Provide functional support for Salesforce applications in-scope.
