- Salesforce certification is required.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience with large-scale programs.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of Salesforce.
- Skilled in interviewing clients and documenting their requirements.
- Hands-on experience with configuration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Decisive with the ability to guide other consultants.
