Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Resource on Demand. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our client's Salesforce solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the CRM project, including technical and non-technical aspects.
  • Design, develop, document, and test system requirements and changes in accordance with the project plan.
  • Manage testing and end-user training, ensuring training materials are developed and shared.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure 'To Be' end-user processes are appropriate, documented, and understood by end users.
  • Plan and manage tasks related to system implementation and process review, including responding to risks and changes in the project.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data processing and management principles.
  • Collaborative worker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious and creative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to document and deliver training materials catering to audience needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio or alternative tools to capture 'To Be' processes.
