Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating requirements development sessions, analyzing customer needs, and implementing solutions using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements for Salesforce implementation.
  • Develop a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
  • Lead discovery workshops, including facilitation of large audiences and prototype demonstrations.
  • Identify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
  • Develop and demonstrate prototypes in Salesforce, leveraging your hands-on experience in mid-size, global implementations.
  • Collaborate with multiple implementation team types, including User Experience, Change Management, Global Development Centers, and Developer Communities.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading sales and marketing transformation projects.
  • Must have experience in the Insurance background.
  • Configuration and custom development experience in Salesforce.
  • Experience with other CRM software, such as Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, RightNow, etc.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools.
  • Salesforce Industries Platform Developer/Consultant certification.
  • Salesforce Industries CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ.
