Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients' most complex digital transformation needs.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating requirements development sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes and technology in the CRM space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements.
  • Develop a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement.
  • Lead discovery workshops, including the facilitation of large audiences and prototype demonstrations.
  • Identify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
  • Build and demonstrate prototypes in Salesforce.
  • Participate in user acceptance test planning.
  • Leverage multiple implementation team types to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization.
  • Direct consulting expertise leading sales and marketing transformation projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development.
  • Experience with other CRM software.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools.
  • Salesforce Industries Platform Developer/Consultant certification.
  • Salesforce Industries CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ.
