Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at IKO Waterproofing and Insulation EU. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives using Salesforce to drive digital transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using Salesforce
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency
  • Develop and maintain accurate user stories and business requirements
  • Support project managers in Agile and Waterfall projects

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst on large and complex technology projects
  • Strong client-facing and customer-facing experience
  • Business process flows and modeling
  • Experience with SDLC methodology
  • Solid presentation, facilitation, and interview skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce and Salesforce Communities
