Salesforce Business Analyst Position

Are you a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Our client, a global leader in their industry, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated product manager and cross-functional project team to ensure the successful implementation of their Salesforce solution.
The contract position is Outside IR35, with approximately two days per week spent in London.
Key responsibilities for the Salesforce Business Analyst include:
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of all aspects of the CRM project, both technical and non-technical.
- Designing, developing, documenting, and testing system requirements and changes in accordance with the project plan.
- Managing testing and end-user training, ensuring training materials are developed and shared.
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure that 'To Be' end-user processes are appropriate, documented, and understood by end users.
- Planning and managing tasks related to system implementation and process review, including responding to risks and changes in the project.
Key skills required for the Salesforce Business Analyst role include:
- A strong understanding of the principles and processes behind effective data processing and management.
- Collaborative working skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and other teams, including third-party implementation partners.
- Effective relationship-building skills, with strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders.
- A curious and creative thinker, able to create a learning organization committed to continuous improvement and striving to do things better.
- The ability to document and deliver training materials catering for audience needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio (or alternative tools) to capture 'To Be' processes to support change management.
