Salesforce Business Analyst
10+ years of experience, with Financial Service Cloud & understanding of the Insurance domain.This position is responsible for managing and developing Salesforce, ensuring full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives using agile techniques and strategies.
This role will review and analyze business processes, services, and information needs to implement change management initiatives that improve user experience and increase productivity.
This role oversees the Salesforce team, is adaptable and embraces change, and possesses a competent technical understanding to support the team and platform.
A key part of the role is training Salesforce users across the business and being the Salesforce champion.
Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts.
Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.
Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.
Deliver effective training modules and user guides.
Identify and develop super user knowledge and capabilities across the business.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201).
3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com setup and configuration.
5+ years business analyst experience.
1-2 years project management experience preferable.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Extensive experience in data modeling, process mapping, and specification documentation.
Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions.
