About the Role

The Salesforce for Nonprofits, Public Sector Account Executive serves as a subject matter expert representing the entire suite of Salesforce solutions for the UKI region. This role requires a process and technology expert who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage and develop your UKI territory, including existing customers and prospects from general nonprofits, social services/social care, and housing associations.
  • Develop partnerships in the partner ecosystem to drive new business.
  • Position Salesforce products and services to improve customers' impact.
  • Negotiate and create product and service orders, contract addendums, and renewals.
  • Manage and develop existing contacts and create ambassadors.
  • Provide weekly accurate forecasts to sales management.
  • Collaborate with the extended team to create a business plan and drive existing and net new revenue, ensuring customer success.

Requirements
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and focused on sales execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about customer success.
  • Hugely collaborative, with active teaming across the extended team.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota, preferably selling SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Commercial success in working with and selling to executives, VP, and 'C' level.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive complex decision-making.
  • A passion for working with nonprofit institutions.
