Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges within specific functional domains.

Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments, to support decision-making.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to design and implement innovative solutions.

Define and document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including training and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in specific functional domains (e.g., Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, Voice, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate complex business processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and business analysis best practices.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools, process modeling tools, and Jira, Confluence.
